  • Health Psychology Assessment

    Health psychology involves providing health-related education, and supporting behaviour change to achieve your health and performance goals. In our first session, we will complete a comprehensive clinical health assessment to identify your goals, your barriers, and possible treatment plans and protocols.

  • Protocol Development & Coaching

    I will work alongside you to enhance your physical and mental performance, focusing on the foundational health pillars of social connectedness, exercise, education, diet, and sleep - creating personalised plans and strategies that best suit you. You may choose to work on one of these elements at a time or combine protocols.

  • Sleep Alignment

    Sleep is the bedrock upon which all other aspects of health sit. I can help you improve your sleep patterns, consistency, and quality in line with your other health goals, using both behavioural and mental sleep protocols.

  • Social Connectivity

    Connecting to others and connecting to yourself are vitally underestimated pillars of health. We can work together to discover what practices will help you reach personal development goals, and explore how to find meaningful social connections and communities.

  • Personal Training

    COMING SOON - I am currently completing my Personal Trainer qualification to provide you with the most comprehensive health service available today. You will receive personalised exercise plans and coaching that integrates your body and mind for the best results possible. Exercise plans could cover strength, conditioning, mobility, and/or beginner martial arts including muay thai, boxing, and tai chi.

  • General Nutrition Support

    I can provide general nutrition advice and meal planning with consideration of life barriers to healthy nutrition, your personal diet preferences, national health guidelines, foundational Traditional Chinese Medicine, scientific research, and years of personal experience managing a balanced, consistent, nutritious diet for the purposes of general health, sport performance, and/or longevity.
